1. Who are we?

The MTCloud website is published by Michael Tourneur, sole trader, whose contact details appear in the legal notice. In this policy, "we" means MTCloud.

We are the data controller for data collected through this website. Our philosophy is simple: we collect the minimum, for a precise purpose, and we sell nothing.

2. What data do we collect?

Only the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • The content of your message (including your desired configuration).

We collect no browsing data: no audience measurement tool, no advertising tracker, no profile built without your knowledge. Exception: if you accept cookies via the banner that appears on your first visit, the Facebook Pixel may collect your interactions (page views, clicks) and your IP address to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

3. Why this data?

Your data is used solely to:

  • Answer your enquiry or quote request (legal basis: your consent, prior to pre-contractual steps);
  • Prepare a quote and, where applicable, deliver the ordered service.

Your data is never shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. It never leaves the European Economic Area.

4. Retention period

Messages from the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request (reply, quote, possible service), then deleted. If no follow-up occurs, they are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange.

5. Third-party services used by the website

Cloudflare Turnstile

An anti-spam check (captcha equivalent) protects the contact form. It may process certain technical data (IP address, browser fingerprint) to verify you are human. This processing is operated by Cloudflare, Inc., under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cookie-free audience measurement: page views and visitor countries, as aggregated statistics that cannot identify you. No cookies placed, no cross-site tracking.

Google Fonts

Fonts are loaded from Google's servers. This request may transmit your IP address to Google. You can disable them by blocking that domain in your browser.

Message delivery

Form messages are emailed to MTCloud via a transactional email provider (Brevo). Your name, email and message are sent to that provider solely so we can reply to you.

Facebook Pixel

The Facebook Pixel is an analytics and advertising tracker provided by Meta. It is only loaded after your consent via the cookie banner. It measures the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and tracks conversions (page views, form submission, etc.). The _fbp and _fbc cookies are placed on your browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time via « Manage cookies » in the footer.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have:

  • A right of access to your data;
  • A right of rectification;
  • A right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • A right to restriction of processing;
  • A right to data portability;
  • A right to object to processing.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@mtcloud.tourneur.work. We reply within one month at most. If you feel your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS (encrypted connection). Received messages are accessible only to Michael Tourneur. No sensitive data (banking, health…) is collected on this website.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to stay compliant with legal or technical changes. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
