Terms of use
Last updated: September 2026
1. Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of the MTCloud website (hereinafter "the website"), published by Michael Tourneur, sole trader (SIREN 850 275 496). By browsing the website or using the contact form, you accept these terms.
2. Nature of the website
The website is a presentation and contact website. It lets you:
- discover the services offered (in-home installation of photo and file storage solutions);
- configure an indicative offer via the configurator;
- send a quote request via the contact form.
The website allows no online payment. No order is formed when sending a request: it is simply a quote request.
3. Quote requests
- The price shown in the configurator is indicative and is not a binding commercial offer;
- Each request leads to a personalised quote, prepared after discussion, valid for the period stated on the quote;
- No service is performed without a quote accepted in writing (email or signed document).
4. Your obligations
By using the website, you agree to:
- provide accurate information in the form;
- not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- not attempt to disrupt how the website works.
5. Website content
Information (prices, descriptions, availability) is provided for guidance and may change. MTCloud reserves the right to modify it without notice. Photos, texts and graphic elements of the website are protected by copyright.
6. Liability
MTCloud does its best to keep the website accessible and accurate, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or viruses. MTCloud cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the website. The website may link to external resources (OpenStreetMap, fonts, etc.) for which MTCloud is not responsible.
7. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction. Under Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
